We spent 4 days in Barcelona, touring, shopping and eating. We stayed at the Hotel Arts Barcelona (a Ritz
Carlton property) which was located on the Mediterranean and overlooking the Port Olimpic. The hotel was
fantastic, the service okay and views of the city and water were spectacular!

Smart cars are everywhere in Spain and
France and are clearly the right way to get
around. Our big car was very difficult to park
and definitely could not enter any
undergrounds.

Casa Mila, one of Gaudi's finest places that was completed.
The church was started in the
early 1900's and still is not
complete. It is in a constant
state of construction. Gaudi
spent the last 16 years of his
life wholed up in this place
with his vision of completeion
of his grand masterpiece.
